The film is an illustration
“Two Forks” is a restaurant invented for this page. The screens shown are our own drawings of the product’s surfaces, relabelled in English for the US edition we are building; the figures on them — takings, orders, times — are illustrative, not live data or measurements. The product runs in Hebrew today, at one restaurant; the home page says so in its own words.
The published price
The $199 monthly price per location is published in US dollars, excludes applicable taxes, and is correct as of the date printed beside it on the home page. It is not a binding offer: price, scope and terms are governed by a signed agreement, and setup is quoted separately. The early-access items (the AI assistants and the transparent kiosk) are not offered for sale and are not part of any subscription.
Other companies’ names and prices
The comparison table names other vendors’ products and prints their published or reported pricing, each figure with its source and the date we captured it. Those names and marks belong to their owners; no affiliation or endorsement is implied. Their prices change — confirm current terms with each vendor before relying on a figure.
The demo form
Sending the form asks us to contact you, and the privacy page describes exactly what is stored and where. Text STOP to any message from us and texting stops.
Intellectual property, availability, liability
The site’s text, drawings and marks are Jooule’s. The site is provided as-is, may change or be unavailable at any time, and nothing on it is legal, tax, accounting or payroll advice. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of this page alone — the product is bought by agreement, after a demo, not by webpage.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [state of incorporation] once the US entity is formed; until then, by the laws of Israel, where the operating company is registered.
