What happens to information about you on this site. The page is short because the answer is short: almost nothing — until you yourself send us the form.

Who operates this site

This site is operated by Kaligon Ltd (Israel, company no. 515713865), the company behind Jooule POS. A US entity is being formed: [US entity legal name — planned], [state of incorporation]. Highlighted values are placeholders we will fill the day they exist on paper — a visible gap is honest; an invented registration is not.

Reach us at hello@jooule.com or +1 (347) 837-7382.

What this site does not do

  • No advertising, no retargeting pixels, no social-media trackers.
  • No fonts or scripts fetched from third parties, with one exception: Google Analytics, below.
  • No account system, no login, nothing stored about reading this site beyond the analytics below.
  • We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context advertising.

Google Analytics

The site loads Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC), which sets the _ga and _ga_*cookies — a pseudonymous identifier that lets us count visits and see which parts of the page are read. The identifier is shared across Jooule’s own sites (the cookie is set on jooule.com). Google processes this data on its own infrastructure, which may be outside the United States. You can block it with any content blocker or with Google’s opt-out add-on, and the site works identically without it.

The demo form

When you send the form, we store exactly what it asks for:

  • your name, your restaurant’s name, your phone number;
  • city & state and email, if you chose to give them;
  • the consent sentence you ticked, verbatim, with its version (“I agree that Jooule may call or text me at this number about my request. Text STOP to any message to opt out.” · us-demo-form-2026-08-20) — so the record shows which words you agreed to;
  • your IP address and browser identifier (abuse control), the serving host, and a timestamp.

The form is rate-limited by IP and carries a honeypot field; submissions that trip either are not stored. A notification with your name, restaurant, city, phone, email and the time — never your IP, never your browser identifier — is sent to the founder over Telegram (Telegram FZ-LLC, servers outside the US), so we can call you back.

We use what you sent to call or text you back about your request — that is the whole purpose. Text STOP to any message from us and texting stops.

Where the data lives, and for how long

The database runs on a server rented from [שם ספק האחסון והמדינה שבה השרת]. Form submissions are kept until your demo is booked or declined; nightly backups are kept for about 14 days and then deleted. The site itself keeps no visit logs.

California notice

The categories we collect are only those listed above, given by you. We do not sell or share personal information. This site does not respond to Do Not Track signals — it has nothing extra to turn off; the only tracking is the analytics described above, which DNT would not alter.

Restaurant guests’ data

Jooule POS processes ordering data — menus, orders, payments records, guest phone numbers where guests provide them — on behalf of the restaurants that use it, under separate agreements with those restaurants. For that data the restaurant decides; we process. A data-processing agreement is available to any customer on request.

Your choices

Write to hello@jooule.com to see, correct or delete what you sent us — deletion requests are honoured except where a record must be kept (for example, that you opted out). This site is not directed at children.

Changes

When this page changes, the date at the top changes with it — the date is hand-set and claims a person reviewed the words, never a deployment.
