Accessibility Statement

This site is built so that anyone — including people with disabilities — can read it, operate it, and send us the form. This page says what we build to, what has been tested, what has not yet, and who to contact when something doesn’t work.

Last updated: August 20, 2026

The standard

We build this site to the WCAG 2.1 Level AA success criteria. We do not claim a certification — this page is the honest ledger of what that commitment has and has not yet been proven against.

How the site is built

  • A real heading hierarchy. Every act of the scroll narrative is a real section with a real heading; navigation regions are labelled; a skip link and a jump menu reach every section from the keyboard.
  • Real text, not pictures of text. Every word — including the printed ticket in the illustration — is live text that stays sharp at any zoom.
  • Full keyboard operation. Interactive elements are native links, buttons and fields, with a visible focus indicator.
  • Motion only under your thumb.Animations on the home page advance only with your own scrolling and stop when you stop; nothing updates itself, runs a clock, or imposes a time limit. One exception: a short opening sequence plays once on load, under three seconds, without looping. With “reduced motion” set in your system or browser, the page carries no motion at all — and loses no content: the same headings, the same prices, the same form.
  • Decoration is hidden; information is text. Drawn frames like the floor map duplicate what the sentences beside them say, and are hidden from assistive technology; photographs and renders carry real captions.
  • An accessible form. A label on every field, browser autofill, and error responses that are plain readable pages.

What has been tested

  • An automated Chromium walk of the full page at 390 px and 1440 px, asserting every section is present and readable, that the page never scrolls sideways, and that the reduced-motion rendering is complete.
  • Contrast ratios of the site’s colour pairs, computed from the design tokens.
  • Keyboard traversal from the top of the page to a submitted form.

What has not been tested yet

  • Screen readers (NVDA, VoiceOver) — the structure is built for them, but they have not been run.
  • Browsers other than Chromium-based ones.
  • Reflow at 320 px.
  • Testing with users with disabilities.

Known gaps, and the alternative

  • A handful of small captions on the dark sections measure about 3.9:1 — short of the 4.5:1 small-text floor. The information in them is repeated in full-contrast text nearby.
  • The home page is a long scroll narrative. If that is a barrier, everything it says is available by phone or email below — a person answers.
